Community College Facility Coalition | Annual Conference Wrap-Up

Last week, on November 6th-8th, a few of our attorneys participated in the Community College Facility Coalition (CCFC) Annual Conference in Rancho Mirage. We heard from community college district representatives and related entities on important topics such as student housing, facilities use agreements, tools for implementing successful bond programs, climate initiatives in facilities and construction, and much more.  Here are our top three takeaways from the conference:

  1. It was a great opportunity to interact with Community College District representatives from up and down the state of California;
  2. We heard from top economists and other state representatives regarding the future of Community College District facilities and other pressing facilities issues; and
  3. We met with Community College District consultants and vendors to discuss how to build stronger project teams to achieve completion of projects that are on time and on budget.

The trade show we participated in also provided an excellent opportunity to learn about the wide array of services and products available in the field. F3 Law was very happy to attend this informative event. We look forward to attending CCFC's Annual Conference in 2025!
